These terms and conditions govern your use of the Watch Dekho website and any purchase you make through it. By browsing the site or placing an order, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a binding contract under Indian law to place an order. If you buy as a gift for someone else, you are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.

We describe and photograph our watches as accurately as we can. Screens vary, so the colour of a dial or strap may look slightly different in person. Sizes, materials and specifications are listed on each product page.

Availability is shown on the product page. We may limit the quantity per order, and we may withdraw a product at any time.

All prices are in Indian rupees (INR) and include GST unless stated otherwise. Delivery within India is free.

Prices can change without notice, but the price shown when you place your order is the price you pay. If we find a pricing error, we will contact you before dispatch and give you the choice to confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm dispatch of your order. We may decline or cancel an order if the product is unavailable, if there is a pricing or description error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel after you have paid, we will refund you in full.

Payment is taken at checkout through third-party payment providers. We do not store your full card, UPI or bank details. Your payment is subject to the terms of your bank and the payment provider.

An order is processed only after payment is successfully received.

We dispatch orders within 1 to 2 business days of payment and aim to deliver within 3 to 7 business days. Delivery times depend on your pin code and the courier, and are estimates rather than guarantees.

Every shipment is insured and may require a signature or OTP on delivery. Please check the parcel while the courier is present.

• If the packaging looks damaged or tampered with, refuse the parcel or note the damage on the delivery receipt, and contact us within 48 hours.
• Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Ownership passes to you when we receive full payment.

All sales are final. We do not offer returns or refunds except where the watch arrives faulty, damaged, or is not what you ordered.

If your watch arrives faulty or is not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs. We will arrange a replacement or resolution at our discretion.

• Watches showing signs of wear, resizing, scratches or damage not present on delivery are not eligible for replacement.
• If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund you in full.

You can cancel an order before it is dispatched by emailing us, and we will refund you in full. After dispatch, please use the returns process above.

All content on this site, including the Watch Dekho name and logo, text, images, graphics and design, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce or use it commercially without our written permission.

When using this site, you agree not to:

• provide false or misleading information
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems
• use automated tools to scrape data or place orders
• interfere with the normal operation of the site
• use the site for any unlawful purpose

Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other law that cannot be excluded.

Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to your statutory consumer rights, the courts at [City] have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. We would always like to resolve a problem with you directly first.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed.
